Beonbet Privacy Policy: Your Data From Sign-Up to Payout
This page sets out which personal data Beonbet asks for and what it is used for, from the sign-up form to the checks before a payout. The site is run by 3-102-944465 SRL, a Costa Rica company licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under number 0000175. You accept the Privacy policy, together with the Terms and conditions, by ticking the 18+ box when you create an account.
Data You Enter on the Sign-Up Form
The one-step form asks for four things: your email address, a password of at least 8 symbols, your country and your account currency. The country is pre-filled from your IP address, and you can change it from the list. The form does not ask for your phone number, name or date of birth. The email you give is used to log in and to recover a forgotten password through the Send now button.
Verification Documents and Who Receives Them
The checks before your first withdrawal collect more: an identity document, a proof of address, evidence that the payment method belongs to you and a photo of your card showing just the first 6 and last 4 digits (a bank statement can replace the card photo). IP Address, Device and Location
The terms allow one account per person, household, IP address and device, and the sign-up form reads your country from your IP address. Location matters for access too: section 2.1.2 lists restricted countries, the United Kingdom among them, and the site shows connections from those countries a "Country blocked" message. Hiding a real location with a VPN or proxy is treated as fraudulent activity under section 9.3 and can lead to a blocked account.
Payment Details and Account History
Withdrawals are paid back to the method you deposited with, and each method can hold one pending withdrawal at a time, so the payment methods you use are linked to your account. The account history covers at least the last six months, and you can use it to review your deposits and play. Card details are entered in the cashier, which opens only after you log in.
Email Promotions: Opting In and Out
The sign-up form has a box "I want to receive email promotions" that is ticked by default. Untick it before you press Create an Account if you do not want offers by email.
