Beonbet Terms and Conditions: The Rules Behind Your Account
Beonbet's terms and conditions are the contract between you and 3-102-944465 SRL, the Costa Rica company that runs the site under licence 0000175 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. You accept them, together with the Privacy policy, when you tick the 18+ box on the sign-up form. The points below cover who may open an account, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, inactive accounts, sports bets and complaints. The full text on beonbet.com is the version that applies.
Who May Open an Account
Accounts are for people aged 18 or over, or older where local law sets a higher age. Each person may hold one account, and the terms also allow only one per household, IP address and device. Section 2.1.2 lists restricted jurisdictions where accounts cannot be opened, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, Russia, Israel and Iran. Section 9.3 treats masking your real location with a VPN or proxy as fraudulent activity: the account can be blocked and its balance forfeited. Two-factor authentication can be switched on in the account settings (section 2.3.4).
Paying In: Accepted Methods and Wagering Before Withdrawal
Deposits are accepted by card, e-wallet and bank transfer; cash and cheques are not. A payment in another currency is converted to your account currency. Each deposit has to be wagered at least 3 times before it can be withdrawn (section 5.6). The methods on offer depend on your country and appear in the cashier after you log in.
Payout Rules, Limits and Identity Checks
Withdrawals are normally processed within three banking days once checks are complete, and the money goes back to the method you deposited with. The limits are €1,000 per transaction and €3,000 per day. You can have one pending withdrawal per payment method and send one request every 24 hours. Before the first payout, section 6.1 asks for your ID, proof of address, proof that the payment method is yours and a picture of your card with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible, or a bank statement. Further checks can follow once your deposits or withdrawals pass €2,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
How the Terms Treat Bonuses
Only one bonus is allowed per person, family, address, email, IP address, phone, card, e-wallet and device, and only one bonus can be active at a time. A withdrawal request cancels any bonus you have not used yet. Slots count 100% towards wagering, while table games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat and video poker count 0%, and Live Casino games cannot be played with an active bonus. Inactive Accounts and Unconfirmed Details
Section 7.6 lets Beonbet close an account that has not been logged into for 90 days in a row, or one whose verification or payment method has not been confirmed within 90 days. Any money left in a closed account may be written off, so withdraw your balance or finish verification before that point.
Sports Bets and Cash Out Under the Sport Policy
Bets on the Sports, Esports and Racing tabs and on Predictions follow a separate Sport Policy with six sections: general rules, special rules for sports, two sets of esports rules, rules for greyhound, horse and harness racing, and Predictions. It defines Cash Out as an option that lets you settle a bet before the event is completed, and it allows betting limits and maximum winnings per bet or market to be changed.
Complaints, Governing Law and Licence Checks
Complaints must be raised with Beonbet support within 6 months; the contact address in the terms is support@beonbet.com. A complaint that support does not resolve can be escalated to CADRE under section 13.4. The terms are governed by the law of Tobique (section 14.5), and the licence can be checked through the Tobique Gaming Commission seal in the site footer, which links to validate.thetgc.ca. Beonbet holds no British gambling licence.
